How do I Send a Gift on Giftloop?
Great news! It only takes a few clicks and a little thoughtfulness to send Giftloop gifts.
Start by logging into your Giftloop portal. Click Send Gifts on the top right side of your screen to launch the send-a-gift workflow.
Tip: Don't have a Giftloop account yet? Sign up first, then come back to this guide.
1. Open Send Gifts
From your dashboard, click Send Gifts to begin the flow.
2. Choose Recipients
Add recipients one by one or upload a CSV to send at scale.
3. Pick a Collection
Select a gift collection based on audience, occasion, and budget.
4. Customize Messaging
Add your subject line, gift message, and optional branding elements.
5. Review Your Campaign
Double-check recipient count, schedule, and card preview before checkout.
6. Pay and Send
Add your payment method and click Pay to complete your send.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If your send date is today, gifts are sent immediately after payment.
